Angostura Ponche De Crème

Ingredients:

  • 12 Eggs
  • 6 tins Condensed milk
  • 2 tins Evaporated milk
  • 1 Green lime
  • 1 bottle ANGOSTURA® White Oak Rum
  • ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters
  • Nutmeg, grated

Method:

  • Beat eggs with peel of lime in a large bowl until very light
  • Remove lime peel; add milk, stirring constantly
  • Add rum, then generous dashes of ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters and stir briskly
  • Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg
  • Store in bottles and refrigerate. Serve over crushed ice
